Farmhouse Podere Caldaruccio La Pineta consists of 3 country farm houses all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic view, and an impressive very old pine grove which is the landmark for the little village below.

The apartments and Villas are from a minimum of 45 up to 100sq.m (the biggest is 220), all of them have been restored taking care to leave the original structure.

They are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with antique furniture together with modern comfort as satellite television, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, safe.

Another apartment "Chalet" (10sq.m) can accommodate up to 2 families with children (even 4+3) because it has 2 very big bedrooms a large living-room with a fireplace and an onsite kitchen, a very big bathroom and 2 independent entrances.

The pride of the owner of Farmhouse Podere Caldaruccio La Pineta is the last restoration just finished of the Villa Cottage suitable for 8+5 people or to be shared in 2 very big 100sq.m apartments (suitable for 4+2 people).

Each apartment has 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a spa bathtub) and a very big kitchen/living room and a porch overlooking the chlorine free swimming-pool.

The old farmhouse is situated on a hilltop site with a wonderful view over a great meadow, the old pines trees and a wood where you'll find tables, chairs and hammocks and a barbecue.
