   This is a good place to stay, if you want to combine your city-holiday with quiet days of relaxing.The appartment was cosily, but not modernly, furbished. It was clean(except some parts of the kitchen.) The patio was well equipped and we enjoyed very much sitting there.The owner was very kind and had left food and drinks for us in the kitchen. He spoke really good english! (What most Italians don't!) He also introduced us to sightseeings in the area.

   The beach was disappointing, it was dirty and the water also seemed so.
   There was only one bancomat in the town, but it didn't work, so remember to bring cash!

   Êâàðòèðà ïðîñòî çàìå÷àòåëüíàÿ !!! ×åñíî ãîâîðÿ äàæå íå îæèäàëè. Îñîáåííî áàëêîí íà êîòîðîì ìû ïîñòîÿííî îáèòàëè. Î÷åíü óäîáíîå ìåñòî ðàñïîëîæåíèÿ. Ìàãàçèíû ðÿäîì. Ìîðå 30ìèí. ïåøêîì (íà ìàøèíå 5ìèí).  êâàðòèðå åñòü äâà âåëåêà. Ìû àðåíäîâàëè ìàøèíó. Ñ ïàðêîâêîé ïðîáëåì íå áûëî. Íà ìîðå îáèòàëè íà áåñïëàòíîì ïëÿæå. Îïÿòü æå ïàðêîâêà áåñïëàòíàÿ è áîëüøàÿ. Óëåòåëè ñ ïîëíûì âîñòîðãîì .  Èòàëèè î÷åíü ñòðàííàÿ êóëüòóðà âîæäåíèÿ. Ñòðàøíî åçäèòü. Àâàðèè íà êàæäîì óãëó. Ìàøèíó áðàòü íå ñîâåòóþ.

   Der Balkon war groß und sonnig. Die Wohnung war in der Nähe der Geschäften. Der Besitzer hatte Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt.

   Kochecke ist sehr klein. Es gab keine Weingläser oder Kaffeebecher. Allgemein war die Küche nicht sehr gut bzgl. Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet. Die Wohnung sieht nicht aus, als ob sie 2008 renoviert wurde, sondern als ob eine alte Frau gerade die Wohnung verlassen und alle Sachen zurückgelassen hätte. Es stehen zwar zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, sie sind aber nicht gut gepflegt.

   The location is perfect to explore hectic Rome one day and relax on the beach the following day!

   The site did not mention, that Swimming pool was closed in September. Never mind, beach was excellent and the sea was warm!

   Excellent location, 5 mins walk to the train station and cheap to get into Rome. Good access to supermarkets and a couple of nice bars and nice eating places. The room is really clean and has everything you will need. Was very happy with everything and Gabriel the owner told us when we booked to consider us his friend in Rome and he certainly was. Recommend this accomodation.

   was a little frustrating with the access times to the swimming pool . No access between 1:30 and 16:30 as these were prob when we really wanted to use the pool after sunbathing etc, but once we knew we easily worked around that.

   The pressure of water in the shower not high enough.

   We were very satisfied. Close to both supermarkeds and train-station. Very practical with access to bicycles when going to the beach (4 minutes). Nice terrasse with sun morning and afternoon.

   The kitchen was somewhat small.

   Very good location outside of Rome with very easy access to the train into Rome. The apartment was clean and large enough to be able to relax with a very nice balcony to enjoy meals outside.
