   titolare affabile e collaborativo, situata in pieno centro a napoli

   andrebbero curati maggiormente i dettagli; doghe del letto rotte, manca luce in doccia, impossibilità di appendere la biancheria ecc....

   Wer in das quirlige Altstadtleben Neapels eintauchen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Man ist mittendrin und doch ist die Wohnung ruhig, da sie in einer Seitenstraße liegt und die beiden riesigen Fenster durch innenliegende Klappläden komplett zu schließen sind. Es ist nicht die Schweiz und nicht das Ritz, sondern bietet echtes Neapelfeeling. Die Eigentümer/Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

   Wer sich trotz der zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants gerne selbst mit warmen Mahlzeiten verpflegt, wird die Möglichkeiten dazu in der minimalistischen Küche als eingeschränkt empfinden.

   Lo stabile in cui la struttura è localizzata è vecchio.
   Non viene eseguita la pulizia giornaliera nelle stanze del B&B.

   Purtroppo la pulizia degli utensili della cucina ed i materassi è scarsa.
   Anche scarsissima l'illuminazione del monolocale.

   Appartement très agréable: Quel plaisir de se trouver dans le coeur de Naples et pourtant en retrait de son agitation et de disposer d'un appartement aussi spatieux,confortable et d'une telle architecture.Grâce à cela nous avons pu non seulement découvrir mais aimer Naples, et ce la en toute sécurité. Merci encore à Luciana et Bernardo pour leur accueil et leur confiance. Soulignons encore la proximité de tant de monuments historiques que l'on peut voir et revoir simplement en rentrant ou en sortant de chez soi,à pied, et puis la proximité des stations de bus, métro, funiculaire, pour accéder aux sites plus lointains. Enfin quand on arrive pas d'urgence pour les courses: condiments, café, sucre, produits de nettoyage, etc, tout est là à disposition. A charge bien entendu de ne pas laisser le successeur dépourvu

   L'accoglienza è stata squisita, degna del vero animo colto ed ospitale della tradizione napoletana. La posizione dell'appartamento permette di vivere la parte storica della Napoli tradizionale, una vera esperienza! Soprattutto nel periodo dei Presepi! E' facile raggiungerla e da lì raggiungere ogni altro sito.L'appartamento è ben attrezzato,ben arredato e suggestivo. Consigliamo un parcheggio economico: Brin facilmente raggiungibile in autobus anche dalla vicina p.zza del Gesu'

   la straordinaria gentilezza della Signora che ci ha ricevuto e la sua cordialità e disponibilità.

   la scarsa pulizia, il condizionatore guasto, la muffa dentro la caffettiera, l'odore di chiuso e stantio, il boiler del bagno che produceva rumori strani e fastidiosi durante tutto l'arco della notte...e preferisco fermarmi qui.

   A great little residence in a little street in the vibrant historic heart of Naples. Close to all amenities but also quiet and secure. Luciana and her son Bernardo were ideal hosts and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would love to return and stay again

   Enchantés ! Logement de caractère, idéalement placé dans le plus beau environnement possible : le cœur de Naples. A partir de cet endroit on peut accéder facilement à tous les transports en commun et visiter à la fois Naples et sa région (Capri, Procida, Positano...). Les propriétaires sont très accueillantes et parlent un excellent Français, ce qui est appréciable pour ceux qui ne parlent pas italien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A conseiller sans hésitation.
