   Loved Senior Scott's coffee each morning. The proximity to the train station makes it easy to get to, but then you have a short walk to get to the monuments.

   A little variety in the breakfast offerings would be nice if you're staying more than a day or two.

   The room was very clean, there was wi-fi and tv, the location is perfect just in front of the central station, the best cappuccino served for breakfast by a wonderful owner, to sum up: my stay there was wonderful!

   Buona struttura che consiglio a tutti, famiglie o coppie, con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, situata in una posizione agevolissima poiché vicina alla stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro. Gentilissimo e assai disponibile il proprietario.

   Sono stata al Bed and breakfast del Sig. Scotto insieme alla mia famiglia e devo che ci siamo trovati bene. La camera ed il bagno erano veramente puliti, la colazione buona ed abbondante, il Sig. Scotto molto gentile.

   I loved the location. It was very close to the train station and within walking distance of the Leaning Tower of Pisa and other sites in the city as well. From our window we could see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Mr.Scotto was very pleasant and helpful. Since our train was leaving later in the afternoon he held our bags for us.

   There was nothing we didn't like and if we ever come back to this area we would definitely stay here.

   Everything about this BB is excellent. It’s just one minutes from Pisa centrale. The room is big, new and clean with beautiful view. Scotto is really nice and the cappuccino is the best I have ever tasted in Italy. I will definitely stay with this BB again when I visit Pisa next time.

   Proximity to train station was good.

   Lots of keys to get in and we only received one set which was a problem for us. Mattresses did not fit the beds. Some confusion about amount to pay when we arrived. Breakfast was not offerred before we needed to leave.
