Bed & Breakfast Simonetta is in a flat in very central, shining, completely restored building, with private heating and air conditioner.
The B&B, very smart, is on the 2nd floor and consists of 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 double and 1 single bedrooms with shared bathroom, large kitchen, 2 sitting rooms, and a large dining room.
From the dining room one can go throught a staircase to the penthouse, with spectacular view on the city, consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom, sitting room, balcony, and provided with fridge and air conditioner.
All rooms of Bed & Breakfast Simonetta are equipped with bedside tables, chest of drowers, table, chairs, armchairs, sofa bed, sat-TV.
They also have a wardrobe except that of the penthouse which has a hatstand and a table. Balcony is equipped with a table and 3 chairs.
All bathrooms are provided with shower and hairdryer. Two bathrooms have bathtub.
The large kitchen is equipped with flatware, oven, fridge, frying-pan, teapot, percolator, washing-machine, iron facilities.
The dining room, with view on the garden and on a charachteristic little square, has table, chairs, 2 large pieces of forniture with mirror, wine-box with wines.
Sitting rooms are provided with table, sofa and armchairs. One is also provided with bed-sofa. The two sitting rooms are permanent seat of picture expositions of famous tuscany peintres.
People who are found of antiquities will be glad to visit the typical medieval cellar
