   Sehr freundliches Willkommen durch die Gastgeber, sehr ruhige und idyllische Lage in den Weinbergen nahe Rom, sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage, netter Wilkommensgruß in der Wohnung (eine Flasche regionalen Wein, kleinen Kuchen und Frühstück für den ersten Tag.

   Sauberkeit der Wohnung bei Einzug (nur gekehrt, nicht geputzt), Bilder vom Bad stammen nicht aus dieser Wohnung sondern aus dem Ferienhaus.

   La maison est tres bien située dans un environnement tres calme au milieu des vignes et des oliviers et cependant pratique car tout proche de Rome . Les propriétaires sont tres acceuillants ,discrets et serviables

   Abbiamo avuto una buona accoglienza, la padrona di casa è molto gentile e disponibile.

Holiday Apartment Villa Baiera is in Frascati on the hills between Rome and Ciampino airport.

The apartment is situated in a nice depandance close to main structure. It consists of a small kitchen, complete with fridge + a lounge with double sofa bed and TV.

On the ground floor of the villa there is the apartment in rural style. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, with fridge, TV, double sofa bed + single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The sleeping area consists of one matrimonial bedroom served by a bathroom with shower.

In the garden, there is a private area with gazebo, table and chairs + a private parking lot next the dependance.

Holiday Apartment Villa Baiera can comfortably accommodate 4 people and it is possible to add a bed for children.

In the dependance there are books and depliants of our country: the owners can help the guests to find characteristic restaurants to other to see.
