Holiday Apartment - Villa Caterina

The Holiday Apartment Villa Caterina is a perfect place for family who wish to spend their vacations near the sea, and for those who want a place away from the city chaos.

The villa is situated in a private road with access by an electronic gate. It develops onto 2 levels:

From the main entrance you'll be in the living room, which is furnished with a three seats couch and two arm chairs; a dining table for 8 people.

In a separate area there is a kitchen, complete with: oven, kitchenware and fridge/freezer. On the same floor there also is a toilet.

The first floor is reachable by a stair case: it consists of: an equipped bathroom/toilet with shower and bathtub; two double bedrooms with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a chest of drawers.

The Villa can accommodate up 6 persons but with possibility of adding a 7th bed + cradle, on request. There are two electric heating.

The Holiday Apartment Villa Caterina is also provided with little garden, gazebo, where it is possible to have barbecues and to relax, outside.

The distance from the sea is about 500 metres and it is accessibleby a private road that leads to a beach free of charge.
