Small Hotel located in an Art Nouveau villa and in one of the most exclusive beach of Mondello a few steps from the sea, characterized by its fine sand, and a few km from the center.

Easily accessible by the bus stop right outside the hotel.

Villa Esperia is a little hotel with family management.

The hotel has 22 rooms, some of which overlook the garden and others on the Gulf of Mondello, equipped with all the comforts.
Everything is characterized by the constant offer of typical Sicilian products; at breakfast with its pistachio creams of Bronte and white almond and at restaurant where the main ingredient is fish, always
fresh and daily bought by local fishermans.
