The Villa has 12 bedrooms (or 16 adding 4 beds) and it develops on 4 floors:

- at the ground floor there are entrances and cellars
- on the first floor you can find the kitchen with fireplace and dining room, the lounge with fireplace, a double room, room with two beds, and a bathroom
- on the second floor there are four double rooms with two bathrooms, and the panoramic terrace with the solarium
- on the third floor there is the mansard

Around the house and the swimming pool, a park extends of about 6 hectares, immerse in the green of the pines and of the cypress; with areas kept in lawn, others in woods which can be followed be paths, olives groves, orchards and vineyard.

In the backyard there is an antique oven with barbecue, the outdoor dining area, and the pigeon loft is a outbuilding turn into services.

The services offer: pool table, satellite tv, dishwasher, washing machine, methane heating, mountain bikes.
