   Mi ha soddisfatto la colazione, piuttosto abbondante

   Non ho gradito le mancate scuse per averci assegnato una camera con un muro davanti alla finestra. Avrei gradito che al momento dell'assegnazione della camera ci fosse stata la possibilità di sceglierne una diversa, oppure se era l'ultima almeno scusarsi dell'accaduto. Non ci sembra di aver pagato molto in meno rispetto al prezzo pieno indicato sul sito della struttura, quindi non crediamo di essere dei clienti di serie B. In più ci è stata chiesta la tassa di soggiorno, non specificata al momento del pagamento dell'anticipo online. Abbiamo scelto l'albergo per via della vicinanza alla casa di nostra cugina che abita in zona e se la struttura si fosse comportata diversamente, sicuramente saremmo tornati, considerato appunto la comodità che potevamo sfruttaree che potevano sfruttare altre persone a noi vicine. Mi spiace, ma per una questione di principio, non alloggeremo più presso l'hotel villa piccola siena.
