Hotel Villa Scaduto Residence is a four stars residence situated inside a noble villa built by the Scaduto Family.

It is situated in a quiet area in Aspra, a typical Mediterranean fishing village, 10 km away from Palermo and just a short walk from the sea and from Bagheria, delightful town famous for its many villas in baroque style.

All 15 dwellings (up to 4 pax) are fitted with modern furniture and furnishings, one of which is a Junior Suite and another one is for differently disabled people.

Hotel Villa Scaduto Residence's rooms are provided with every comfort: a fully-equipped kitchenette, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and direct dial phone.

They are endowed with private bathroom, heating, air conditioning, sat Tv and private safety deposit box.

At the grand floor of the Hotel Villa Scaduto Residence there is a luxurious and elegant Bistro, which overlooks the garden.
