   Villa Tres jolie is a very beautiful placed site with view on the Como lake from the terrace. Staff is extremely helpful and engaging in conversation and input on what to do - we had planed to bike around Como lake, and borrowed excellent bikes from the owner + good plenty of good advice. Breakfast was excellent, home-made bread and cake, and with figues and tomatoes directly from their own garden. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely like to go back.

   Fantastic B&B on a beautiful location with a magnificent view on Lake Como. Perfect for making trips to various interesting towns and locations in its surroundings. Great help from Dani who has a vast experience as a tourist guide in the area. Maps are provided. If you want you can get bikes etc. Sporting facilities etc. available. Many other facilities available that make this a five star ***** B&B.

   A tiny minus could be that the wifi network does not work in the room, but from the downstairs area. No problem however to do some "homework" from there.
   
   I guess normally the big ceiling fans in the rooms are more than adequate.
   We were there for 10 days and had a few exceptionally hot days with day temperatures up to 40 degr. C. For those circumstances an air conditioning would have been welcome.

   The place is very pretty & very clean, the amenties (gym, hot tub, small sauna) are great (especially considering that this is only a small b&b, not a large hotel) and the view on the lake really is stunning. Dani (& family) was a wonderful host & her knowledge of the area an asset to our stay at Lago di Como.

   Beautiful setting and structure, friendly accomodating staff, personal attention, good breakfast. We could not ask for more, everything was far better than expected.

   Absolutely nothing did not satisfy us. All was perfect.

   cleanliness, comfort, location, hospitality, and the view of the lake from my room! dani and giulio and the whole family were so very friendly and accomodating. they picked me up from the train station since i did not have a car and greeted me with prosecco when i arrived. dani provided me with everything i needed to see lake como (bus tickets, timetables, maps, etc). i really had no worries while at villa tres jolie. i would definitely stay here again!

   Dani, Giulio, her parents, and the entire staff at Villa Tres Jolie could not have been more accommodating. We were treated like old friends from the moment Roger (Dani's father) picked us up at the train station (he is a wonderfully entertaining fellow). Everything is taken care of for you and the villa is very well kept. Dani, a former tour guide, offered very good tips on where to go and what to see, as well as detailed maps and instructions on how to get there. Breakfasts were fresh and filling. In addition, the view from the villa was wonderful, and it did not appear any room had a poor view. I also must mention that Giulio cooked a wonderful 3 course meal for guests who wanted to participate. It was fresh, delicious, and cost far less than a similar meal in a restaurant would have. Nothing to complain about at all.

   Nothing. Stay was perfect.

   We enjoyed 4 wonderful days at this lovely B&B and from our room and balcony we had a wonderful view down onto the Como Lake. The staff/owned being a Italian/British couple delivered an excellent service. A place to truly recommend.
