   Como aspectos positivos de este alojamiento, me gustaría resaltar su situación en pleno casco histórico de Barletta y una limpieza impecable.

   Considero que el trato al cliente y la hospitalidad resulta más que deficiente : un encargado malencarado que, a pesar de haber advertido de nuestro retraso de llegada y de disculparnos, nos llamo más tarde y de malas maneras recriminándonos su espera (con razones tan poco profesionales como que sus amigos estaban esperándole para irse de fiesta).
   
   El desayuno roza la ridiculez. Nos entregaron un cupón que debíamos canjear a la mañana siguiente en uno de los bares del barrio. Cuando llegamos a ese bar, tuvimos que informar y casi convencer al camarero de ese canje. A cambio de ese cupón, tuvimos derecho a un croissant seco, un café pequeño y un zumo industrial.
   
   Para rematar todo aquello, en torno a las 10 :00 de la mañana del día siguiente, volvimos a encontrarnos al mismo encargado que no dudó en presionarnos para que nos marchasemos rápidamente, aduciendo la llegada de otros clientes.
   
   Nuestra experiencia durante los 10 días que hemos estado en la region de la Puglia no ha podido ser mejor.
   Sin embargo y lamentablemente, he de decir que nuestra estancia en VinsLounge ha sido la excepción que confirma la regla.
   Falta total de hospitalidad, un servicio deficiente y un trato desagradable al cliente. Recomendaria a sus propietarios una mejora en el trato al cliente, en la cuantia del desayuno e indicar convenientemente en la descripcion del establecimiento el horario de check-in y check-out. Mejorando estos tres aspectos, la calidad seria irreprochable.

   La posizione, la cortesia di "Vincenzo", la pulizia della camera

   Forse non è per tutti, visto l'accesso poco confortevole della scalinata per arrivare alla camera

   extra charge for daily towels when I was paying a daily rate..........15euros!
   "breakfast" was a cup of coffee and croissant in a dingy cafe nearby.

   la sicurezza della infrastruttura , la cortesia e la ospitalità del personale

   ...se dobbiamo proprio:
   la colazione al bar ... ci si rimane male quando si sceglie la brioche a conchiglia e ci si sente dire che è solo in esposizione!
