   Il proprietario e' un po strano.ha tappezzato la casa di messaggi :spegni la luce,attentoal gas, chiudi l'acqua ecc. L'appartamento non e' come descritto.

   Location was in a quiet, residential area but was easily accessible by the water taxi's. Perfect for couple, family, or group of friends with hot water and kitchen. We were able to cook our own meals with a nearby grocery store.

The apartment Biennale Venezia is very nice, new and posh, situated inside the Biennale park, in front of St. Mark Harbour, at Biennale area, the only one no high-water area.

This pretty and comfortable studio-flat is three steeps over the ground level and is composed of 1 double bedroom with eventually sharing beds, a kitchenette and a sitting room with a comfortable single sofa-bed and furnished with safe-greed at the windows.Eventually one more place, up to 4 people.

The elegant double bedroom has silk on the wall and wooden-beam ceiling with ceiling-ventilator, and is served by a new bathroom with a wide shower box with crystal doors.

The apartment is furnished with a good size TV.

The flat is very clean and elegant and indicated for people that do prefer to stay in Venice but in a quiet area.

Thanks to the surrounding park equipped with children games and sports facilities, the house is ideal for quiet couples, families or sports and jogging lovers.
