Its geographical location is equidistant between the three most important cities of Tuscany such as Siena, Florence and Arezzo, all within less than an hour's drive. Nearby, along the ancient Via dei Sette Ponti, meet many small towns rich in history, Romanesque churches and medieval villages.

At about 2 km the village of Loro Ciuffenna, with shops and services of every kind, which has kept intact many of the ancient Medieval castle.
