   La padrona di casa è molto gentile ed ospitale. Ci ha concesso di tenere l'appartamento fino al pomeriggio della partenza. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è di livello accettabile ed in buona posizione.

   Nos alojamos en este apartamento durante 2 noches. Está en edificio que está situado en una zona bastante céntrica. El edificio es bastante antiguo, de hecho lo están reformando, pero el apartamento está totalmente renovado y amueblado con bastante gusto y con un montón de pequeños detalles. La propietaria, Antonietta, es muy agradable y atenta y a nuestra llegada nos tenía preparada una buena cantidad de folletos informativos para aprovechar nuestra estancia en Nápoles.

   Como únicas carencias: no había tostador y el tendedero portátil era demasiado pequeño, ambas cosas que no tienen demasiada importancia y que seguro que Antonietta resuelve si se le pide. Nosotros no llegamos a decirle nada porque no lo vimos estrictamente necesario.
   La otra pega no se refiere al apartamento sino a la zona. Al estar en un sitio céntrico, el acceso con el coche hasta el apartamento es imposible, ya que la zona tiene tráfico limitado (la llamada ZTL). Sabemos, porque hemos visitado otras ciudades italianas con ZTL, que si te alojas en un hotel, tienes el acceso permitido, ya que el hotel comunica los datos del coche al ayuntamiento evitando así la multa. Si se trata de un apartamento, no existe esta posibilidad. Es bueno saber esto porque si vas con el coche cargado, como fue nuestro caso, puede suponer un par de viajes desde el aparcamiento más cercano, que gracias a Dios, está a 400mts.

The apartment is in one of the most older building of the city. It is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 5 people; it consists of: living room, kitchen, 2 bathroom, one with shower and the other one with bath.

Nearby S. Domenico square, you can taste delicious pastries and Neapolitan coffee, and at lunchtime, choose one of the many popular pizzerias in the area.

The next day you can take the ferry or hydrofoil from the Beverello to the islands of Ischia or Capri.

At night, enjoy the live music in the nearby square!
