The villa (80 sqm), tastefully furnished, develops onto one floor and can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Holiday House Casa Gioia is composed of a living room with sat TV, stereo CD player + a storage room, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

The sleeping area consists of a king-size bedroom, a twin/double bedroom with private balcony, served by a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
