   Ubicazione comoda e facilmente raggiungibile , con una strada asfaltata , dal centro di Spoleto . Posto tranquillo e riservato , che dona pace, consente il giusto relax e permette di sentirsi a casa propria . Confort a disposizione ( barbecue, piscina, sdraio,lavatrice+ detersivi, accessori pulizia casa etc..). Vicinanza con Attivo Park ( bellissimo ! ) .. ma soprattutto , la compagnia di una meravigliosa cagnolina nera di nome Black .. che , ha fatto della villa, la sua casa e che ci mancherà molto . Ve lo consigliamo caldamente.....

   Nulla da segnalare .. forse solo un appunto .. che rispetto ai 2000mq menzionati sul sito, il giardino sfruttabile sembra meno ... ma è assolutamente un dettaglio insignificante !!!! andate a Messenano .... e godetevi Spoleto , che è una piccola meraviglia con un bel parco verde all' ingresso ....

Within Umbria hills Cottage Le Casaline allows enjoying rest and comfort, with its enclosed garden five hundred metres above sea level with remarkable surrounding vistas.

Its entrance is into a spacious, comfortable sitting/dining room with open fireplace. There also is a kitchen equipped with cooker, oven and fridge.

The sleeping area has two double bedrooms on the edge of the small Roman hamlet of Messenano and looks onto its quaintness, served by a bathroom with shower.

The cottage has a covered furnished terrace, and is well furnished and very comfortable. It can accommodate up to 4 guests on a surface of 100 m².

The garden (2000 m²) is laid to lawn and trees and apart from a covered, furnished terrace at the entrance of the house, there is a covered and furnished gazebo on the lawn.

The beautiful swimming pool (10x4 mt) is immersed in wonderful greenery and has an enchanting view over the surroundings.
