Holiday Apartment - Cristallo Verde Mare

   It was a very nice apartment just across the beach. We enjoyed a large balcony with foldable screes (perfect idea) - perfect for any meal during a day. Well equipped kitchen. We appreciated two beach umbrellas and four folding lounge chairs reserved for us at the Copacabana Beach. All equipment in the apartment was as we could have hoped for. We would certainly consider coming back to this place. Underground garage (tight corners - only for a very skillful driver) might be very useful in July and August when street parking is impossible. Internet connection only in the nearby restaurant but sometimes we were able to catch the signal right in the apartment.

   1. Address. BBPlanet specifies it as Viale Marconi 320 and direct to a Google Map with the location in Tortoretto Mare ehwhere there is a very short street named after marconi. In fact, the correct address is Lungomare Marconi 320 in Alba Adriatica. The distance between the two places is over 5 km. The link in the BBPlanet should be corrected and "Viale" should be replaced with "Lungomare" in the address. Otherwise, Google directs to the Via Marconi.
   
   2. Upon arrival we were surprised to learn that there an extra charge for bedding (Euro 5/person). Although a hint of such an extra charge can be found in the general description of the structure in the BBPlanet site, such charge was not mentioned in the contract e-mailed by BBPlanet after reserving the place. This should be corrected because the the pricing in the BBPlanet site do not correspond to any reality - the actual price one learns only from the contract.
   
   3. The apartment did not provide any towel, any soap, any dishwasher detergent, and it provided only one incomplete roll of toilet paper. This is probably customary when the apartment is rented out for a full month to an Italian family which does not travel too far to get there but it is very inconvenient for foreigners coming to the place for about 5 days.
   
   4. We have been there during a heat wave and the bedrooms were humid and hot at night. May be, each bedroom should be equipped with a ceiling fan or, at least, a portable fan.
   
   We want the owners to treat the above points not as criticism but as suggestions for possible improvements. We really liked the place and its location and we would certainly consider coming to the same apartment again.

   - la nostra chiavetta USB vodafone prendeva molto bene (...); - cucina molto attrezzata; - disponobilità lavatrice.

   - scala a chiocciola molto scomoda soprattutto per portare i bagagli;
   - durata acqua calda molto limitata (specifichiamo però che siamo andati in stagione autunnale ed è zona di mare);
   - stendino inutilizzabile.

The Holiday Apartment Cristallo Verde Mare is composed of an apartment and a loft situated in a characteristic ‘70s building on Alba Adriatica promenade.

Located on the second floor, they have a relaxing sea view; both are well furnished, spacious, bright and equipped with TV and every comfort.

The apartment consists of a kitchen and an "open space" living area; 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine and 2 equipped terraces.

The loft, with air conditioning, is composed of an open space living room with kitchen, comfortable sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine and roof terrace.

The building that houses Holiday Apartment Cristallo Verde Mare is very quiet and well attended, and has a shared shower and bikes parking.
