Holiday Apartment De Prati was created by the Hotel De Prati making its guests stay in apartments situated in the most beautiful and fascinating palaces of the Historical Center of Ferrara.

Our apartment is an open studio flat of 70sqm, with elevator, equipped with all comforts, quiet and ideal for either businessmen or families.

To giving the start to the plan has been the acquisition of an apartment situated to the third and last floor of a palace very close: the Palace of Ex-Sacro Monte di Pietà before and Borsa then.

Saying Palace has been constructed in 1761-65 for wanting of the Cardinal Legato Banchieri and on design of the Arch. Angelo Santini; it is situated in the full historical center of the city of Ferrara, forehead to the Castle Estense in cross-road between Largo Castello and Corso Ercole I° d'Este.

After taken care of a scientific restoration, the Palace, with a splendid inner court, today is occupied by business activity at the ground floor (Café and a celebrated restaurant)

The noble floor is used in great part to offices while to the third plan, along the perimeter of short the inner one, the residential units are situated.
