   The location of the appartments was very convenient for buses to Venice & a number of good local restaurants. The accommodation was exactly as decribed, comfortable and enough room for 4 adults. The facilites were good, with a generous, modern & clean bathroom and good kitchen equipment. The owner, Silvia, was very friendly & helpfull.

   The only thing missing was a kettle, but we managed with a pan.

   It was like a home away from home. Silvia added her own touch to make it homely.The kitchen was well fitted out with more than one plate per person (not always the case at other self contained accom). Very clean, good linen and helpful owner who is obviously proud of her home.

   The walk to local shops was a little further than expected but we were being lazy!

   The house is very much a new built one.It is in beautiful country side. The house is very spacious,with two rooms,a large living room,a large garage, and so forth. it is about 1Km,10 minutes,walk from the bus station,bus No.5,to the city of Vinece. The owner,Mrs. Silvia is very nice, friendly,and helpful person. I am very satify with my wife to stay 6 nights at this house. I would recommen the house to any one, who has heart for nature,spacious room, and trianquility in mind.

   I'm extremely satisfied during my stay the apartment. Best was out apartment owner was so kind to pick us from the city centre at a reasonable price. Being in the new place it was very helpful. She helped us on how we can commute in Venice and she helped us picking up needful things from the departmental store which made our stay very comfortable. Apartment was well spacious, fully equipped with all the facilities one can think of.

   I would not say not satisfied however whoever is taking the apartment should know that it is around 30 minutes away from Venice centre which includes a walk of 1.5kms each side.

   End of October 2011 we stayed in the "Grillo" appartment for a week. The appartment is located in Tessera, a small peaceful village in the region of Venice. After a 10-minute-walk we could take the bus directly to Venice. The bus journey took us 20 minutes to the Piazzale Roma, the central bus station in Venice and a perfect starting point for all important and interesting places there. Grillo is a newly built, comfortable appartment. The landlady is very kind and supported us as much as possible. A perfect base to spend a wonderful time in Venice.

   Perfect place if you want stay on the quiet countryside in Venice (Tessera). Beautifull & well-equiped house with a superb kitchen. You can come by car or if you don't mind a little walk/bike ride you can take the bus to Venice city. We wanted to rest, enjoy venice and enjoy ourselves in all comfort and this was definitly the right place to do so. The owner are super friendly and helpfull!
