This beautiful country villa is a typical example of a large Sicilian estate. Every detail has been studied with care. Set in a typical Sicilian landscape, Villa Grazia is surrounded by its own orange and lemon groves and is surrounded by gardens, flowers and cactus.

Villa Grazia has a colorful dining/living room leading to a large terrace, and an archway leads to a well equipped kitchen with four hot rings, oven, fridge and freezer, and a small laundry room with washing machine.

On downstairs there are one double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and WC, the small kitchen.

In addition by doorway you get to a comforting living-room where you can gather in the evenings.
