   l'ubicazione della struttura è invidiabile

   nella ricerca di una struttura idonea alle mie esigenze avevo inserito, tra gli altri filtri, la necessità di due bagni e il Podere Del Falco rispondeva a questo. L'appartamento aveva invece un solo bagno.
   Fattolo notare al proprietario, mi ha invitato a controllare se mancasse qualcosa rispetto a quanto riportato nella ricevuta di prenotazione. Questa è stata una VERA E PROPRIA FURBATA perché nella suddetta ricevuta i bagni non vengono proprio menzionati (vuol dire che non ci sono???!!!) invece nel cartellino affisso dietro alla porta di ingresso, riportante le caratteristiche dell'appartamento, venivano indicati due bagni

   tutto perfetto proprio come ci avevano descritto, ottima anche la crostata della proprietaria che c'e l'ha regalata come benvenuto.... la pulizia delle camere ottima ed anche il personale molto accogliente e disponibile....

   We had a pefectly lovely time staying at Podere de Falco. Our accomodations, were beautiful, clean, modern and convenient, but with old world charm. Our hosts could not have been nicer--they were welcoming, generous, and solicitous of our welfare. We were welcomed with a delicious homemade cherry tart and homemade wine on our first night. We speak no Italian, but we were able to communicate our needs, which were all answered. Podere de Falco is in a bucolic setting outside the city walls of Assisi, with magnificent views of the city. We had no car, but had no trouble getting around--in 30 minutes we could walk to the city, in 10 minutes we could be at a bus stop, and 15 minutes got us to the main train station so we could explore other towns. The pool was a welcome treat.
