Holiday Apartment Il Poggio is very nice and comfortable house, well located in Liguria and once was my grandparents' house, detaining much of its character.

A few years ago it underwent complete renovation, so the modern comforts add to its old charm.

Holiday Apartment Il Poggio develops onto three levels, but you can access from the intermediate floor and from the ground floor.

At the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining room and the garden furnished with outdoor facilities (table and chairs).

The first floor is composed of a living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a small terrace. Possibility of a small extra-bed in the living room.

The second floor is composed of 2 double rooms (queen bed. cm.140) and a small bathroom with shower.

Holiday Apartment Il Poggio is furnished with fridge/freezer, hob and washing machine.
