   Estar en el mismo centro y, a la vez, ser un apartamento tranquilo; la placita de San Julián en todo paz. Además, tanto la dueña como la persona que nos recibió han sido muy amables dandonos toda la información necesaria para llegar desde el aeropuerto al punto de encuentro.

   Wir haben eine sehr gute Zeit in Venedig verlebt. Das hat vor allen Dingen auch an der Unterkunft gelegen. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist angenehm geräumig. Im Bad ist viel Platz und die Betten sind bestens geeignet, um sich für den nächsten Tag zu erholen. In der Küche haben wir auch gekocht und alle Utensilien sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ist sie nicht laut. Man kann nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen und man hört nur ein leises "murmeln" von den Menschen auf der Straße. Im Hof wird auch manchmal musiziert und gesungen. Die Darbietungen sind nie laut - sondern sind von hoher Qualität und bieten ein Konzert der romantischen Extraklasse. Besonders ist auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern zu erwähnen. Hier wurde außerordentlich freundlich auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder gerne in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen.

   Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Sehr sauber, gepflegt. Mitten im Zentrum. Sollten wir neuerlich eine Wohnung in Venedig brauchen, werden wir gerne wieder die Ferienwohnung Levante buchen.

   Es wäre ganz nett, ein deutsch-sprachiges Fernsehprogramm zu haben.(v.a. Nachrichten)
   (ist aber nicht wirklich ein Minuspunkt).
   Sonst war alles total in Ordnung.

   Excellent location, beautifully furbished, clean and comfortable. Serena, the owner has picked us up from vaporetto stop. We would definitely choose Levante when coming back to Venice. We hope to!

   The appartement is perfect, situation, cleanliness, confor everythin was ok. Modern kitchen, bathroom. Quiet, although really near to San Marco.

   The only thing that should be changed is the matress of the couch in the living room!!

   The apartment Levante has absolutely perfect position! It is so very close to San Marco on one side and very close to the Rialto bridge on the other side. There is a restaurant right by the house. The building and the apartment is very quiet, is beautifly renovated, very modern and comfortable ambiance and very large with enought space for 4 people. It is perfectly OK for 4 people to sleep there, the sofa bed is big and comfortable and very easy to handle. Next time we come to Venezia we will stay there again, it is perfect!

   the flat is very nice. the square infront is lovely.

   the only disturbing thing was the light in front of the house which was a little noisy during the nights.

   Fantastic location, very clean and everything was in good working condition. Nice and spacouis for two persons. Safe area. Will recommend this apartment to everyone who can afford it.

   Contact details of person to meet us upon arrival must be given promptly as we left our country before details were send to us by e-mail !
   Please advise your guests to take vaporetto to San Marco and NOT to Rialto as there are NO STEPS between San Marco and Apartment Levante and it takes ten minutes and no hassle with heavy lugagge to apartment.
   There was no plug in the wash basin of the bathroom and it makes washing if hair extremely difficult.
   A kettle in the kitchen would be advisable as we are not familiar with gasstoves.
   The beds were uncomfortable ! MUCH TOO HARD !! All the other apartments in Italy that we stayed in had very comfortable (and wider) beds. This is very important to take note of as a good rest is part of a good stay during a holiday.
   The rest was all fantastic.

   tutto ottimo in qualche senso, se torno non c'è dubbio, tornerò a questa appartamento. Para qualquiera que quiera pasar una experiencia en venezia deberia ir a sitios como este. Recomendable sin duda.
