   The owner is an perfect host, attentif to needs and bringing all the info you might require. Flat is optimal situated for visiting Venezia being close to public transportation, supermarket and restaurants. As well the rooms are good setup.for a family.

   Room temperature was only posible to be adjusted to 20 but without automatic sdjustement . Was pretty cold durin period I have stayed (beginning of Apr.). As well no Wifi.

   Lage ist gut, um vom Festland aus Venedig zu erreichen

   sehr dürftige Ausstattung, keine Kaffeemaschine, keinen Backofen, altes TV-Gerät nur mit italienischen Sendern,

   flat nice single storey set back from street. modern interior nice clean . helpful staff. close to terminal train station. able to take single night stay.

   area has many bars , wouldn't recommend for families

   L'ampio spazio disponibile per cinque adulti e tutti i comfort necessari. la posizione ideale per poter visitare Venezia, a pochi minuti d'autobus ed inoltre le fermate bus sono molto vicine. Pure molto comodo è la vicinanza dei negozi, farmacia e distributore di benzina se necessario come pure l'accesso alle autostrade. Non c'è parcheggio custodito ma l'auto si può parcheggiare nell'area attorno al condominio tenendola così lontana dalla strada principale. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 5 ADULTS TO STAY IN PERFECT COMFORT. ALL THE NECESSARY THINGS WERE THERE INCLUDING CLEANING MATERIALS. SHOPS, CHEMIST AND BUS STOP WERE VERY CLOSE BY AND VENICE IS ONLY A FEW MINUTES AWAY. THERE IS ROOM FOR CAR PARKING TOO EVEN IF NOT ADVERTISED. I RECOMMEND THE PLACE.

   Un po' rumoroso di notte, poichè vicino alla strada principale, se non si è abituati al rumore del traffico. La camera più esposta è provvista di doppie finestre per attuttire il suono.
   Un po' di sporcizia di vecchia data in cucina e della polvere sotto i letti; in altre parole l'appartamento non era stato rinfrescato prima del nostro arrivo ma nonostante ciò ci ritornerei e lo raccomando ad altri.
   TRAFFIC NOISE CAN BE HEARD AT NIGHT AS IT IS CLOSE TO THE MAIN ROAD, BUT IT IS NOT CONTINUOUS. THE MAIN BEDROOM WINDOW HOWEVER IS DOBULE GLAZED.

   Rooms are comfortable and very neat. Close to the bus stop and supermarket as well as other necessaties.

   Good kitchen, agent was helpful, easy access to Venice, close to supermarket

   The water in bath/shower was adjusted so it was only luke warm, would start warm then go cold and there was nothing you could do to change this inn spite of very hot water being available in the sink. Also flat was very cold on arrival.
