   casa vacanza confortevole, facilmente raggiungibile;

   Le scale del condominio un po' strette se ci si incrocia con altre persone, anche se avviene raramente;
   Il parcheggio per l'auto è un salasso, ci vorrebbe un garage convenzionato onde permettere il parcheggio dell'auto a prezzi accessibili;

   One of the best BB I've ever seen. Perfect location, nice ant soooo big place, well equipped rooms, helpful owner. Even jacuzzi works and it can be used. I hope to return there.

   There wasn't no Internet connection. :-/ But not far from the place is a public Internet point located (registration imposible).

   The place was perfect & location itself is really close to the Port and main Tourist attractions like Parco Acquatico, Bigo, Via XX Settembre etc. Quiet location,very clean & complete with the facilties expected in an Appartment, near all restaurants mainly @ Porto Antico, the owner was very nice & accomodating, well recommended! :)

   la posizione dell'appartamento è ottima,ristrutturata, aria condizionata,molta disponibilità della proprietaria

   unico neo sono le scale che hanno una pendenza molto elevata e chi ha problemi di ginocchia,(anche chi non li ha ) deve essere informato che le scale sono molto pendenti, inserendo anche delle foto,vasca idromassaggio non funzionante.

   the room is spacious, good for the price.

   it was extremely cold those days,,and we were not allowed to use the heater. it could have been perfect stay.

   l'appartamento è in posizione super comoda e tranquilla. L'appartamento è grande e luminoso visti gli standard di Genova e 2 bagni sono davvero comodi. Gli scalini da fare a piedi ci sono, ma non sono così tanti, le mie bimbe non si sono mai lamentate.

   La biancheria del letto e del bagno era lavata, ma aveva un cattivo odore come se avesse impiegato troppo ad asciugare (nel cuscino ho dovuto mettere una mia maglia altrimenti non riuscivo a dormire, ma io sono un po' sensibile agli odori.

   La posizione davvero centrale dell'appartamento!

   Essendo l'appartamento situato in una via a traffico limitato (ztl) sarebbe opportuno che il proprietario mettesse a disposizione dei conduttori un pass per accedere alla via del Molo per evitare il costo eccessivo dei parcheggi a pagamento (30 euro al die) per coloro che hanno l'auto al seguito!
