   Läget och den fina standaren. Städningen var helt fantastisk. Vi fick stanna lite längre å att det skulle passa med vårt flyg.

   Rent och fräscht. Bra läge.

   Att jag inte fick hjälp med bagaget trots att personal följde med hela vägen upp för de smala och branta trapporna till 4e våningen (eller 5e högst upp).

   The location of the apartment was fantastic less than 5minutes to the beautiful beach, the main streets in the old centre with its fantastic architecture and lovely shops and restaurants and the port which made it really accessible forarranging transport by bus or boat around the island. Our apartment was really well equipped and spotless with regular cleaning which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were always courteous and carried out any tasks we asked of them e.g order transfer to airport for a very early return flight.

   I was a bit disappointed that there was only air conditioning in one room. We had a choice of apartment and selected the biggest one but there was only airconditioning in the bedroom so we had to leave the room open so the air could pass through the rest of the apartment. We were only three people and requested that we could have a larger aparment and paid the higher rate for a four man apartment - I feel there should have been a better rate offered as we were only three people (perhaps a mid way rate).

   Very nice and helpfull staff. Very good cleaning service.

   Quite a lot of noice from local trafic - vespas in particular!
   The description lets you believe, that there is a living room and a bed room. The appartment though didn't have two separat rooms, but a sleeping area and a living room area in prolongin of each other. And you had to move a table to unfold the sofa bed. We ended up paying extra for an 2 rooms appartment.

   Location was good as was Trapani. Only good thing about the apartment was the quality and thorough service offered by the maids which was much appreciated.

   - Despite numerous email communications with the marketing manager, the apartments were locked and nobody available on our arrival at 10:00pm. We then made several attempted phone calls on the number provided outside the apartment to no avail. Eventually somebody called us back 45 minutes later saying somebody could get to us with a key in an hour. Also, we were informed that there were problems with our room which could not be fixed until the morning so we would be staying in another apartment for the night.
   
   - We were then taken to our original apartment anyway and told, not to worry the problem (which we were never actually given any specific details of) would be sorted in the morning. The man who took us up to our room then asked us to hand over our passports for identification which he would give us back the next day (we refused!) and he left.
   
   - After waiting for over two hours outside and not even receiving an apology we were hot, bothered and thirsty. We then discovered that the fridge with our complimentary bottle of water (the only complimentary items, do not let the pictures fool you) was not working and was warm, smelly and defrosting. I telephoned the marketing manager again who told me that it was impossible that the fridge could be broken (?!) but somebody would have a look at it anyway.
   
   - There is damp on most of the walls and ceilings all over the apartment. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom and is a weak unit which does not really do the job. The "separate" lounge, is not separate, it is a kitchen, dining, living area, very small and nothing to look at when sat on sofa except kitchen area. The kitchen area is tiny. There is only an oven and no cupboards to house any purchased food. The two cupboards there are already full with cooking bits and pieces.
   
   - As for the supposed transfer and baby sitting service, we asked for a transfer from the airport on arrival and were told to catch the local bus! There was hardly ever anybody about in the reception area and I would certainly not have left any of them with my children!!
   
   - The pipes in our apartment made the most loud, awful, shrieking noise imaginable. Wish I could upload this as it is unbelievable until you hear it and truly unbearable. Impossible to sleep, rest or even think whilst this noise is ongoing, which was frequently throughout the day and through the night.
   
   - We incurred the marketing manager twice bringing people into our apartment to show them around. We were not told or asked about this. There was no knock on the door. Just the sound of a key in the lock and people stood in our apartment. To be honest we were totally flabbergasted by this and did not know what to do or say the first time it happened except to stand there dumbfounded. On the second occasion the people who were looking at the apartment were quite clearly uncomfortable and left. This lead us to concern as to how many other people had been bought in during our stay as it was unusual for us to be in at this particular time. We didn't even feel comfortable getting changed in the apartment for the chance that somebody could just walk through the door. I certainly didn't feel safe leaving my possessions unattended and there was no safe etc for items to be stored in.
   
   Overall, we were thoroughly disappointed by this stay at what had looked to be a modern, tidy apartment.

   The flat was very clean, modern and pretty, if a bit dark, and the location was perfect. The paintings on the wall were lovely, there was plenty of storage and the shower was brilliant!

   We had no electricity when we arrived at midnight, it didn't bother us as we went to dinner and it was back on by the time we came back, but there was no offer of a torch or candles or any offer of trying to fix the situation and if we had come with the children i would have found it quite annoying.
   We only had 2 bath towels even though it was clear on the booking that there was 3 of us staying, we didn't see any member of staff at all from the moment we got the keys so we couldn't ask for more towels.

Holiday Apartment "Rosa Dei Venti" is located in the historic center of Trapani, a few steps from its beaches and monuments.

Our accommodations consist of a comfortable kitchen or fully equipped kitchenette complete with dishes, fridge, oven, freezer, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, WiFi connection, iron and ironing board, satellite TV. Some rooms have a private balcony or terrace.
