   The location was perfect, next to Piazza del Campo. The main room was big enough, and we loved the small garden too.

   The young boy who helped Simonetta was always very helpful and kind,
   He didn t speak any English, and understood little Italian.

   The apartment is very close to the Campo so it is very easy to find, and close to tourist sights. It has lovely painted ceilings. We were met promptly at the apartment and also given free breakfast 'tokens' for a cafe on the Campo. The apartment is comfortable and spacious.

   Because the apartment is so central it can be very noisy at night time during the Summer because of the celebrations in the Campo and nearby streets.

   This was a wonderful apartment in Siena, well-located, comfortable, and obviously cared for by Simonetta, the owner. The bedrooms and bathroom were large and open, and the kitchen was a great added benefit! We also were given tickets for breakfast at a cafe around the corner, which was much appreciated! Simonetta was very helpful in getting our luggage dropped off and our car parked outside of the city. No parking inside the city for out-of-towners. Simonetta told us of the best local restaurants also, which were fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

   A bit of noise from the neighborhood around, but nothing major.

   The facility had a great location and was clean.

   Essentially the "apartments" are rented rooms in a large apartment. We were surprised that there was shared space that included the kitchen and bathroom.

   Apartment was in a great location - very central, only 2 mins from Piazza del Campo. We also got given vouchers for a local bar/cafe for our breakfast, which was an added bonus for a self-catering apartment! The apartment itself was pretty large with a good kitchen and the outside space is perfect for those sunny days. The staff were great too, - super helpful and very friendly.

   The location was amazing. So close to everything. We stayed for two weeks for a language class. It made a nice home for us. We enjoyed trying to communicate with the landlord and her assistant. Between our learning Italian and their learning English we found a way to talk.

   Internet was not available for our iPad. They used a key, which would have required a special attachment. However we found the lack of Internet common throughout Italy and learned to live with it.
   We had a problem with the heat, but the landlord and her assistant did everything they could to fix it for us.

   Although our young host spoke absolutely no English and we struggled to understand instructions, he was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He even organised our taxi. The location was fantastic and the apartment was great value although the kitchen was a little too small.

   We were in their self-contained apartment. I was comfortable, very clean, it does share a common lounge with two other apartments. Location was great. One minute walk to the Il Campo, easy walking to all other major sites and buses to see the out-lying areas. Make sure to catch a taxi if arriving by train.

   The location was excelent. The fridge was stocked with everything you would need for a simple breakfast. The garden was lovely.

   The description does not mention that if you rent the apt for a couple you are sharing the structure with other couples. There is no wireless connection. I made my reservation for the structure more than a month in advance. I got a confirmation email from BBplanet but did not receive any correspondence from the owner until the day of our arrival.

   Location was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. Apartment was very good value for money. Kitchenette was stocked with milk, butter, bread and yoghurt on arrival. Good cooker and microwave available. Stocked with plenty of utensils. Shampoos and shower gel in bathroom. Washing machine and powder available for use in large kichen. Garden lovely to sit out in- shaded during the day from hot sun and safe for small children to play in.

   la casa è veramente bella ,le camere spaziose e ben arredate ,il girardino interno delizioso Veramente spettacolare è la posizione proprio a ridosso di piazza del campo. Dal girdino è possibile ammirare una fetta della torre del Mangia

   Actually, the apartment was larger than it appeared in the pictures, plus very nicely decorated. Usually the pictures look better, but this time it was the other way around. The location was just a block off a main area for dining and shopping, yet was very quiet. Very close to the metro station too, so that was convenient. Loved the big, open windows in the bedroom, bath, and kitchen. There's a market close by to pick up coffee, tea, and any groceries you may need. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend.
