Holiday Apartment Tenuta Venezia lies at the gates of Castelvetrano and it is 10Km far from the beaches and from the more famous Selinunte archaeological area, in the lush Belice Valley.

Citrus, olive and palm trees and aviaries full of precious birds make of it a charming Mediterranean landscape, where you can taste and smell (in piece and uncontaminated calm) Sicily flavours and fragrances in the different seasons.

In addition to the manor house "Villa Lavinia", Holiday Apartment Tenuta Venezia includes different kinds of homes with personal entrances and outside areas.

- Casetta delle Petunie (58sq.m) is on the 1st floor and has got a bedroom with balcony, living room with cooking area and furnished veranda with view over the citrus orchard. Independent entrance.

- Casetta delle Tartarughe (25sq.m + terrace) has got a big room with sleeping area, bathroom with shower, cooking area, air conditioning and a big terrace at the oranges trees shadow.

- Casetta della Pergola (60sq.m) has got 2 bedrooms, a living room with a cool stove, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and satellite television, air conditioning.

There are ancient furnishings and 2 verandas: one of them is at the pergola shadow.

- Villa dei Bambù (120sq.m) develops onto 2 floors. On the ground level you find a large dining room with fireplace and equipped large kitchen.

The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a study and a bathroom with shower, 2 verandas and balconies.

It is supplied of air conditioning, flat TV 42", heating and washing machine.
