   la tranquillità, il verde ben curato

   per raggiungere la spiaggia c'è da fare una bella passeggiata, pensavo fosse più vicino, però ne vale la pena visto la spiaggia e il mare a cui si accede !!

   la posizione è davvero invidiabile per la vicinanza al mare e nello stesso tempo si è lontani dal rumore e dal caos tipico delle località balneari siciliane. Proprietari di casa discreti e nello stesso disponibili.

   Se qualcuno fosse attratto dall'idea di usare il campo di calcio o quello di pallavolo forse è meglio che lo faccia presente prima di partire per il soggiorno.

Holiday Apartment Villa Falconara, with independent access, is located on the first floor of a newly-built house immersed in the Sicilian countryside, among olive, almond and citrus trees

Villa Falconara can accommodate up to 3-4 guests, and is composed of a double bedroom with sea view balcony, an equipped kitchen furnished with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower.

The house is provided with double glazing, mosquito nets and TV.

Guests' of Villa Falconara have at their disposal a green area furnished with gazebo, table and chairs.
