   Padroni di casa disponibili, gentili e preziosi di consigli sui siti da visitare. Punto di partenza molto buono per varie spiagge e cittadine. Strade buone.

   Unico limite della struttura l assenza di aria condizionata. Zona però abbastanza ventilata, soffitti alti e zanzariere alle finestre delle camere.

   la posizione della casa i zona tranquilla , il mare e la possibilita di visitare zone molto belle e ricche di cultura

The Holiday Apartment Villa Mandorlo, recently built, is situated in the tranquility of the Sicilian almondand citrus groves, it offers a relaxing holiday immersed in nature.

Site to 1.00 km from the sea, its location provides easy access to all major resortssuch as Syracuse, Syracuse, Vendicari and above is only 1.5 km from the beautifull beaches of Noto Marina.

It consists of kitchen, living room equipped with table, chairs, sofa bed, TV, dishes, fridge, oven and toaster.

The sleeping area has 1 double and 1 twin bedded room, bathroom with shower,hairdryer and laundry room with washing machine.

The Holiday Apartment Villa Mandorlo has ample parking, a veranda with deck chairs, barbecue and a large area of lawn.
