   The beach of Mondello is very nice.

   The apartment is very small, it used to be nice but now is in poor condition.
   The bathroom door can not be closed. Sower is in bed condition and you feel the smell of damp. Mattres is unconfortable.The worst thing is a cat that lives in the yard and the smell of feces. Across the street from the apartment was the building site an it was not possible to sleep in the morning.

   This apartment is amazing for a couple. It is not big but perfect size and very cozy. We stayed at this place for 2 weeks and I would certainly stay there again. The owners are very nice people and were always available when we needed them.

   Perfect self contained studio for my purposes. Close to beach and local shops but some way from the centre of Palermo

   Nearby building work was a small noise issue

   La prima volta che sono colpito dalle fotografie pubblicate, vado e dal vivo l'appartamento è ancora più bello più rifinito e più elegante di quanto mi aspettavo. La posizione è perfetta, zona tranquilla e residenziale vicino al mare (6/7 minuti a piedi) ma distante dal caos del centro di Mondello, quindi perfetta per grandi giornate di mare, ma anche per potersi riposare in tranquillità. Nessun problema di parcheggio. I gestori sono meravigliosi, cordiali e disponibili a darti tutte le informazioni che desideri. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che si può trovare in un hotel 5***** tv sat LCD con SKY, wifi, condizionatore, bagno con doccia enorme, e un delizioso spazio esterno, con in più una cucina superattrezzata con anche la lavastoviglie. Prezzo davvero ottimo per quanto offerto! Non lascio in genere feedback ma questa struttura devo consigliarvela assolutamente.

   Wow! What a lovely little cosy home! We stayed for five nights and did not regret our desicion of moving from a luxury hotel in Santa Flavia. The appartment is located in a lovely neighbourbood in Mondello. It is close to two small super markets who provides you with fresh bakery, salame, bolgogna, cheese and other fresh ingredients that allows you to eat and drink solid Italian food at low cost. The beach of Mondello is just a little stroll away and there are free buses to the village who has everything to offer while on your holiday. It is not that far to walk either, which we usually did. You also have easy (and super cheap) access to the center of Palermo with bus about 600 m away. The apartment was clean and holdes anything you need. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and surely recomend it to everyone I know.

   Nothing to declare, simple as that!

   Very helpful staff, offered help and information when required, and provided very convenient shuttle service! Apartment in excellent location, walking distance to the beach and travel to palermo Very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, would definitely recommend!

   Quite happy overall, no major complaints!
