   Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per quanto riguarda l'alloggio, molto ampio e pulito. La posizione è ottimale, una paseeggiata e si è già all'interno delle mura, bellissima Lucca. Ma la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari non hanno eguali ! Grazie.

   Vicinissimo alle mura di Lucca, zona tranquilla, villetta indipendente, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo! Utilizzate le bici per girare in città, sono l'ideale!!!

   The location is ok. We liked the airco very much, especcialy at night.

   It is very bad that in our information it was said that breakfast was included as it did not!. Also it was very bad that it was not said in our papers that we had to collect the keys at another adress in Lucca. We could not reach the owner of the apartment by phone as it was not working and we had to ask our neighbours how they got the key. We traveled by public transport and it was not easy to go and get the keys. The televisio did not work properly and although I asked the owner by email to help us or tell us how the tv worked, we did not get an sufficient answer.
   Internet is very slow and can only be used for email or things that don't need much speed.

   L'ottima disponibilità e accoglienza, la pulizia, il riscaldamento e le comodità offerte dagli appartamenti. La vicinanza al centro.

   La mancanza di tazzine da caffè. Per noi che veniamo da caserta è un vero handicap!

   The apartment was near to the City Walls and was decorated in a bright and trendy fashion.

   The key collection was a nightmare - this should have been communicated via email at time of the booking. We ha to sit outside apartment for 2 hours with children while one of us had to get a taxi to hotel where the keys were.

   I liked that it was well located.

   The room was too small for a family of 4. They should not put more than 2 adults in the room we had.
   Also, the cleanning lady never cleaned the floors or bathroom, all she did was change the garbage, make the bed and change the towels.

   Binnen een kwartier liep je binnen de muren van Lucca. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en zag er keurig uit. Er stond zelfs een mandje met koffie, thee, jam, enz. voor ons klaar. De auto kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden.

   Het bed was te hard. Je kon de veren voelen.

   Good quiet location, close to the Walled city, parking readilly available and the rooms were clean and "new"

   I had arranged a two room apartment but only had a living room / small kitchen / bathroom. Made it difficult to send the kids to bed on time. The two ring cooker was a bit of a nuisance - 3 would have been better.

   Service der Vermietung und der hausperle waren überragend! Komliment. Werde San Marco uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, außer für die kältere Jahreszeit!

   (Service und) Komfort habe ich nur deshalb schlecht bewertet, da der Heiz(!)-Komfort stark verbesserungswürdig war, da bei 10 Grad -Außentemperatur es in einer alten Villa seeeeehr kalt sein kann.... Die Heizung des Schlafzimmers mit Hilfe der Klimaanlage war ja ganz nett, reicht aber allmorgendlich nicht für Bad und Küche!. Gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes lief dann letzendlich die Heinzung zeitweise an. Außer in der kÜCHE, da war sie kaputt.

   We should stay at San Marco, but we were replaced to a hotel for the two booked nights, because there was something wrong with the bathroom, that could not be fixed during the weekend. I personally think that we were overbooked, and that after our booking there came another better offer for the appartment (maybe for a longer stay or a stay that suited better in the planning). They had to get rid of us by dropping us in a nearby hotel. The stay in the hotel was reasonable.
