   La casa è bella internamente e ben accessoriata.

   L'esterno della casa è assolatissimo e sottoposto ad una strada. Impossibile all'esterno qualunque privacy. Il proprietario fa pagare, anche se poco, l'aria condizionata.

   great place and fantastic location. came here in april and the weather was perfect. there was a good bus service that allowed us to visit the nature reserve though i suppose for more freedom a car would be handy. lots of room and just a few steps away from the beach.

   l'appartamento è molto moderno e carino, consente di vivere il soggiorno tutti insieme come in casa propria. Accoglienza e disponibilità e simpatia del propietario. Consigliatissima per chi cerca vacanze per totale riposo.Situato in zona strategica nelle migliori baie della zona.Caratteristico e soprattutto su dove mangiare specialità del luogo!

   Difficolta nel trovare parcheggio.

   A great apartment located 20 yards from the steps to the beach. The owner was very helpful and friendly, giving us advice on local facilities.

   Limited outside space and shade.

   la casa za nina è molto bella e dotata di ogni confort, siamo stati molto bene

   guidaloca è una bella contrada ma molto isolata, e con un bimbo piccolo mi aspettavo ci fosse un centro per potere passeggiare con tranquillità.
   ma la casa è molto ben posizionata con una scala appena fuori dall'uscio che porta al mare.
   vacanza ideale per adulti senza bimbi piccoli.
   

At Scopello, near the Natural Reserve of Lo Zingaro, a few steps from Guidaloca beach (30 meters), on top of a sea cliff, you can find an ancient block fractioned in 4 apartments.

The apartment Za' Nina is situated at ground floor and has a court in the front side in common with the other apartments, but equipped with a table, chairs and a beach umbrella.

From the entrance you access to a wide living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen corner equipped with fridge, freezer, 4 gas cookers and an oven.

The sleeping zone is composed of a big double bedroom with a part of wall in stone facade.

From a particular wooden stair-case in the living room you can access to the loft where there is a single bedroom, a utility room / wardrobe cabin.

The structure is provided with air conditioning/heating system and outside private shower on the back of the house.

A steep staircase positioned very close to the apartment bring directly to a stones and sand beach with a crystalline sea.

This apartment of 70sq m, restored in 2005, offers all comfort and can accommodate up to 5 people.
