   E' in un quartiere centrale di Roma, con la fermata della metro A a 3 minuti a piedi. Condominio molto silenzioso di notte.

   E' in una mansarda al 8° piano, per cui non arivano rumori molesti, l'ascensore è piccolo e arriva solo al 7°piano.
