   Lovely people, very helpfull, good location for catching the ferry next day. Good to have off street parking, behind a gate. Nice food locally and breakfast in the garden was a bonus. Will use them again when visiting Venice and beyond.

   Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort und es hat mir wieder gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bemüht. Auf der Straßenseite gegenüber befindet sich die Busstation nach Venedig, was sehr praktisch ist und das Auto kann man im Vorgarten, verschlossen mit einem Tor, abstellen. Sofern es nicht regnet, ist es möglich, im Garten zu frühstücken und das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich, mit viel Obst, Joghurt, Wurst und Käse und Gebäck.

   Es gibt nichts, was mir dort nicht gefällt.

   Very clean, beautifully decorated, and completely updated rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful hosts that were helpful in making arrangements to visit Venice. Terrific breakfast each morning provided by the hosts. This location is an easy bus ride to Venice and apparently you can get there by boat through the canals as well. Great restaurants nearby the B&B. We would definitely stay at Alloggi Marin again!

   Completely satisfactory.

   The owners couldn`t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and the property was immaculate, being fairly new. Off street, secure parking for our car was a deciding factor in choosing this property, but we were also pleasantly surprised how convenient it was to many historic/interesting places besides Venice. We would definately recommend it.

   In their final stages approaching the property, the directions we got were a bit confusing. This may have been due to the difference in language.(Italian to English).However, when we called the owner, he send someone to guide us to the property.
   Not a big point for us, but some guests may be dissapointed to find that there was no guest sitting room or private terrace.
