   The lady was very helpful and flexible with things. She even gave to me her free opera tickets she wasn't able to use herself. There were BIG umbrellas to take for free.

   The bathroom was not luxury. The water came out of the douche badly and hit the skin too hard. The toilet seat model was plain stupid in my opinion - the flush wasn't effective at all and took ages to go off.

   La pulizia sarebbe da perfezionare. Comunque niente di grave.

   Very nice and clean room, perfect location, excellet service from the staff.

   One coffe and one croissant (a bit poor breakfast from my point of view) and the bar was NOT very clean, I didn't like that at all

   Le camere sono davvero carine e il tutto risulta molto confortevole. Ci sono stato insieme alla mia ragazza per due notti e il soggiorno è stato davvero gradevole, oltre al fatto che la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata di una gentilezza unica. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

   It was a great location and it was nice to be provided breakfast every morning.

   It was clean as far as linens go, but the floor needed to be vacuumed and mopped (lot of stuff left on the floor including pasta sauce from a previous stay). The shower was also clean, but very moldy. I think they need to find a way to kill it...bleach?

   Mi ha soddisfatto la disponibilità del personale, la posizione della struttura e la discreta qualità delle stanze.

   Solamente la rumorosità delle stanze fronte strada, anche se non si può pretendere di più.....siamo a Roma.

   le indicazioni rilasciate dalla signora sulla città e tutte le informazioni ricevute

   forse che la finestra della camera affacciava sulla strada principale e di notte si sentiva il rumore del traffico, ma in fin dei conti è un palazzo antico per cui ...
