   Molto bella la villa con un bel giardino. La camera spaziosa,ben arredata e con ogni confort. Silenziosa,ma soprattutto molto fresca. Il proprietario molto gentile e molto disponibile. E' anche venuto a prenderci e ci ha riaccompagnato alla stazione ferroviaria. Ottima anche la colazione in una fantastica pasticceria di fronte dove ho anche trovato il cappuccino di soia.

   Only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Lecce. The villa and its garden are absolutely beautifull. The owners are very friendly and at your service all the time. We felt very welcome.

   abbiamo passato un fine settimana eccezionale. La struttura è bellissima ottima l'accoglienza dei padroni di casa. E poi Lecce è stata veramente una scoperta straordinaria. Ci torneremo senzaltro.

   La gentilezza del padrone del B&B e il fatto che fosse vicino al centro storico

   La strada caotica su cui si trova il B&B e i palazzoni che lo circondano, compromettendo l'atmosfera.
   I letti sono decisamente piccoli.
   In inverno nella dependance (nella sala ed in una delle due stanze) permane un pò odore di chiuso e di umido

   Gated and locked yard with separate room entrances. Very helpful staff. Clean and quiet.

   Street parking VERY difficult. Shower was unusually small (I am 5'5" and 130lbs so not a very large person). Room had open exposure to an external hallway (had to walk in front of a lightly curtained opening to get to the bathroom.

   the villa is charming, the accommodations comfortable and the location is perfect for visiting the city's historic center. what we especially liked about villa la viola was the warm welcome and gracious hospitality by the owners, sophia and jon paulo.

   abbiamo soggiornato magnificamente...tutto al di sopra delle aspettative...e i proprietari piu' che gentili...ti fanno sentire di famiglia...sono veramente persone squisite...mi sento di suggerire a tutte le persone che si recano a Lecce di provare quello che abbiamo provato noi.

   The hostess and host were very friendly and helpful. We had quite a bit of room: a bedroom, an anteroom, and a bath, plus a common room and the dining room and kitchen (which we could use) were just outside our room. The location allows relatively easy access to roads going into and out of the city. It is only a few blocks from the historic center. When the WiFi system didn't work, they provided an ethernet cable which worked fine except for the last day, when it inexplicably stopped working. Parking is readily available on nearby side streets.

   It would be very nice to have more coffee in the morning.

   Our family of 4 had a wonderful 6 nights in Antica Villa La Viola. The self-contained apartment was ideal, containing 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a small kitchen and living area and was kept spotlessl by Dori the housekeeper who cleaned every day. Only a 10 minute walk from the main sights and restaurants of beautiful Lecce the property is ideally situated for anyone who wishes easy access to the city, coupled with peace at night. The real benefit of staying in La Viola is the wonderful hospitality of Sofia and Giampaulo - an amazing couple who did everything possible to make our stay perfect. From the warm pasticiotti and cornetti and coffee in the morning to printing off unprompted weather forecasts for the week. Giampaulo even drove us around to show us where to park our car, and Sofia's mother made us a cake for our long journey home (made longer by the volcano!). A perfect place, run by super people.
