   La stanza era PRIVA DI FINESTRA!!! Non avevo mai visto una stanza senza finestra!!!
   Si trattava di solo BED senza BREAKFAST; con un buono si poteva andare al bar , nemmeno tanto vicino, e prendere caffe e cornetto...
   Non c'era frigo in camera e quindi niente acqua o altro a disposizione.

   certainly the location and the condition of the room

   the rest of the building badly needs restoring
   the staff was very kind, but not leaving on the spot
   and most important, there is virtualyl no breakfast, since there is no room for it and guests are sent to a couple of bars, where breakfast consists of a croissant and a cappuccino or coffee (no teas are allowed!), the staff is not kind at all and it manages to feel you as a nuisance.

   The downstais room with 2 singles that backed onto the courtyard was excellent with a good kitchenette, eating space and location of the B and B was good also. The lady who showed us the place was very helpful and got us wine glasses etc when requested and had good advice on parking and parts of the city to visit.

   The only issues were there was no wireless internet at the B and B which makes it harder if you are planning your next part of your trip and that parking was a long way away...

   The place is spacious enough, the lady at the hostel is super nice and the location is great as well. We were very satisfied with the room.

   Le camere sono curate

   - Il B&B si trova nell'isola di Ortigia ma nella zona più degradata. Lo stesso B&B è situato all'interno di un cortile che non è molto curato le scale vanno a pezzi.
   - Non dispone di un parcheggio vicino.
   - Si può chiamare solo Bed e non Breakfast perchè la colazione si va a fare al bar. La proprietaria ci ha presentato ciò come un'occasione per gustare le prelibatezze siciliane (al bar sono offerti caffè e cornetto.... tipicamente siciliani :-( )

   We were happy with the room.

   We were surprised that the owner did not live at the B & B. The breakfast was at a cafe a few blocks away. We were dissapointed in what we were given for breakfast.

   Mary, the person who greeted us, was very personable and helpful. She not only oriented us to the premises, but also to Siracusa, giving us information on sites and buses etc. I think it was a nice touch to have refreshments available to guests (water, juice, beer, wine, light snacks), as well as a voucher for a simple breakfast at nearby cafes. We tried both cafes - they were excellent - good coffee and baked goods, nice atmosphere. I was not familiar with the area, but the B&B was in a good location and it was easy to walk and take buses in the area. The B&B was clean and safe. The B&B was well maintained and I felt like they cared about the comfort of their guests. It looks like they were doing further renovations on an upper floor, but it did not affect our stay. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

   No complaints. It was a good value.

   The owner operator went out of her way to be helpful to me. She even drove me to the bus when I left as I had injured my leg.

   The only draw back was no sitting area inside or outside but one cannot have everything.

   I think the hotel is good but I'm very angry with bb planet ¡¡¡ so I'm going to put warning on internet about bb planet to protect the people because i had a problem with them and I couldn't find a way to solve it.
   I wanted to change the day of my reservation and it was not possible to speak with anyone, there is no telephone number in the siteweb so I send a lot of e-mails and it was a machine who answering me, whitout giving me a solution. i think you robbe me ¡¡¡ because i pay a day for nothing ¡¡¡i think it s not legal

   Ottima posizione nella penisola di Ortigia, il b&b si trova al primo piano di una palazzina in corso di restauro. La corte interna e il b&b sono perfettamente recuperati. La colazione si consuma all'esterno nel bar della vicina Piazza Archimede o Piazza Duomo. Il proprietario Sig. Valenti è a disposizione all'interno della struttura nel tardo pomeriggio.

   Nelle stanze c'è umidità, nonostante ci sia un impianto di aria condizionata molto efficace.
