   The location was great, right in the heart of Venice. The brother was very helpful and easy to get along with.

   While most of the rooms were pretty warm, my room was freezing. I was able to have a space heater the last 3 nights, but they only wanted me to use it at night, and only for 1 hour.
   
   When it was time to pay, they wanted cash which I was not comfortable using for such a long stay. Finally, the brother convinced his sister to take my debit card. Persistence paid off

   La situación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar la ciudad y, a su vez, en un lugar tranquilo y apartado del bullicio veneciano nocturno. Muy limpio y muy acogedor.

   Me ha gustado todo.

   Excellent communication prior to the trip, help with travel and directions, friendly welcome. Location is great for exploring. Nice independent feel to the B&B with help available if you need it.

   Posizione perfetta, personale gentile ed accogliente, stanze pulite ed ordinate, prezzo molto vantaggioso.

   Un pò di rumore notturno proveniente dalla vicina via principale della città, il Sestiere Cannaregio, ma hey siamo vicini al centro di Venezia ed è dunque qualcosa di assolutamente normale e prevedibile!

   Very noicy! I can heard any people who walk around the street at night and anyone who into the building ,I can heard the door colsed and I can't sleep All night !!!
   I paid the money for double room but the room looks like single room! This is the worst room I have ever stay!
