   The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, right between the Rialto bridge and piazza San Marco. Breakfast arrived promptly to our room every morning at the time we requested. It was sweet breads, coffee, water and nutella.

   The 2 things to consider are 1) the walls are thin and you can hear the other guests coming and going. 2) no elevator and steep stairs from lobby to each floor.

   Great location, easy to get to from the Vaporetto. Wonderful staff, especially Davide. he speaks wonderful English and is always willing to help you with tourist-type questions. The rooms are small, but very nice and comfortable.

   We left the windows open at night to get in some fresh air and my wife was bitten numerous times by mosquitos. Not the fault of the establishment.
