   Splendida Location. Un posto bellissimo ed una casa piena di carattere

   Per quanto piacevole il proprietario non si esprime chiaramente: ho dovuto intuire le sue esigenze in fatto di chek in e out e pagamenti.

   The hosts were wonderful! They were extremely helpful and acommodating in our requests. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Excellent breakfasts (something different every morning!), beautifully laid table (you'd think you were in a hotel). Beautiful views, quiet area.

   We didn't have any problems because we rented a car, but if you don't have a car it might be difficult to reach the guest house as it is on the ourskirts of Stresa.
   Directions say #19, but look out for #20 as this is part of the same property and easier to see. (We told the owners, so they may have changed that already.)
   For the most of our stay, we were the only couple so we had the bathroom for ourselves, but it is important to know that there is only one bathroom and that if you're not the only guest, you will have to share.

   Il mio soggiorno é stato giusto quello che desideravo, sono stata felice di avere scelto casa Kinkà perché si é rivelata meglio di quello che mi aspettavo, ed in più ho conosciutto delle persone stupende e gentili che rimarranno sempre nella mia vita. Grazie.

   This B & B is set in a lovely garden with a breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore. The house is tastefully decorated and the hosts are very friendly, accomodating people who provided a wonderful breakfast, lots of helpful advice and did everything to make our stay most enjoyable and memorable. We can't wait to return.

   There is only one bathroom and 5 of us had to share but the inconvenience was worth it considering how happy we were with all other aspects of our stay.

   Casa Kinka was a great place to stay; the best during our 3 week vacation in Italy. Great location and a wonderful facility with great views of Lake Maggiore. The staff, Tiziano, Luca and Marie, were excellent; extremely helpful and always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

   There is nothing I didn't like about this property.

   silent house outside the town. no tourists and no crowds around. very nice landlords willing to help you with everything. we enjoyed our stay there since we were looking for a break from the citylife. we had great time and breakfast in front of the widow with the picturesque view on the Lago Maggiore.

   toilet was outside the room in the corridor.
   road - track to the town leads through the forrest - which is funtastic durring the sunny day - but do not take it when you are coming back at night after few glass of wine ;-)

   you need to be more accurate about the place, which is not in the center of stresa,
   and it is very hard to find.
