   The structure and rooms are relatively basic and some of the fittings could do with a little updating (see comment re Bathroom Towels BUT Luigi and Ugo more than make up for any slight disappointment one may feel on first sight of Casa Mazzola. Their humour and attentiveness were outstanding and they always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Without question they dropped us off at the Port so we take the ferry to Capri. Similarly they would drop us off at a local restaurant for dinner and arrange our return. Luigi's hand drawn maps for Capri and Amalfi Coast were accurate and very helpful. These things made the whole Casa Mazzola experience one my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. Ugo's attitude to life (stress less) was wonderful and he always had a quick comeback to any comments we or other guests made over breakfast etc. Breakfasts were lovely with fresh breads, meat fruit and home made lemon cake etc. All in all a great place to stay.

   The bath towels appeared to be quite old and were very thin and so became very wet quickly and some nice new "thick fluffy"towels would improve the feel of the place greatly.
   
   Some slightly better directions and a map to get to Casa Mazzola would also be an assistance as GPS doesn't find the B&B and tries to use very narrow laneways etc to locate it. We called Casa Mazzola after a few attempts at locating it and Ugo came to us on his Scooter and we followed him back. This again was great service.

   First of all, the staff it's really extraordinary, nice and very helpfull. The terrace has a wonderfull view of Napoli golf.

   We were pleasantly surprised by this quaint and rustic looking property. It is full of character and unique creative touches. However, nothing prepared us for the jaw-dropping view from our room! We thought the photo advertised on the web was good, but it certainly did not portray it's true magic! Luigi and Ugo are extra-ordinary people. We were welcomed with such warmth into a family home atmosphere. We were given the best advice to ensure we got the most out of our short stay. These guys are truly wonderful and I just adore them.

   Luigi and Ugo Mazzola do every effort to make you feel at home and make sure that you get everything out of your time in the area. We felt well taken care of, with a lot of humor too.

   Der Besitzer war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man kann sich gut auf Englisch mit ihm verständigen. Lage und Ausblick sind für Ruhesuchende ausgezeichnet.

   Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig.

   My friend and I stayed at B&B Casa Mazzola from the 25th June for three nights the owner and his son went out of their way to help us we were picked up at the train station,they took us into Sorrento to catch the ferry to Capri,the room was comfortable and very clean.The owner spoke good English I would`nt hesitate in staying there again.

   My wife, daughter and I stayed here from June 21-24. It is a very nice B & B. The staff was extremely helpful and caring. The service was very good and it was one of the two best B&B's we stayed at during our 3 week stay in Italy. They went out of their way to assist us with all aspects of our stay in Sorento. They were like family. The location was perfect and although we rented a car we could take the bus to the Sorrento locations. We never had to use the car at all except for our daily excurions to Pompaii, Amalfi and Poisitano. Do yourself a favor and stay at this facility. Call me if you need to confirm this rating.    Praticamente nulla. Scomodo rispetto al centro di Sorrento, impossibile raggiungere a piedi la città con bus navetta troppo caro. La posizione non corrispondeva alla descrizione fatta su internet. Della stessa opinione i miei 3 copagni di viaggio. Il proprietario è una persona gentile e disponibile.

   LA posizione non crrisponde con quanto riportato sul sito, il posto è distante dal centro e disperso tra le montagne altro che mare.
   Ho chiesto la ricevuta fiscale per quanto pagato, mi è stata rilasciato solo, a seguito di insistenza, una firma su un pezzo di carta.
   Una delle camere che ci era stata proposta in loco era ghiacciata e senza alcuna possibilità di oscurare in modo efficace le finestre durante la notte. (ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza).
   La colazione è stata servita con cibo di supermercato discount.

   This is a wonderful family run B&B. It is ideally located between Sorrento & Amalfi. The owners were most obliging & helpful during our 3 nights stay.

   A minor negative was the limited breakfast provided.

   Casa Mazzola has the most beatiful location and views. The owners/managers cannot do enough to help you enjoy your stay.

   If driving, it can be quite confusing to find, even with a map. The walls appear to be extremely thin, as you can clearly hear people in adjacent rooms - even their conversations.

   Luigi was the perfect host! We were victims of pick pockets in Naples en route to Sorrento and Luigi allowed us to do what we had to to carry on with a wonderful holiday. Staying at Casa Mazzola was like staying home and he prepared the best breakfast in Italy. His friendly dispostition and his longing to give the best in service will be missed until our return....AND WE WILL RETURN!

   It is a nice place with a magnificient panorama to the gulf of Neaples. The owners are very friendly. They speak English well. The room was very nice, clear, large and we could sleep very well. The same clear was the bathroom. The car stayed in the yard closed. The house has a nice garden.

   Everything were suitable.

   Dans les hauteurs d'une montagne, d'où on jouit d'un paysage magnifique. Luigi et son fils assurent un service de navette jusqu'au village. Ils sont attentionnés et attentifs aux beroins de leur clientele.

   the owners were great. they sent us to very nice local and moderatley priced restaurants. took us there in their car and picked us up.took us into town when we wanted to go since the b&b was out of town and too far to walk. there was a local bus you could take but it only went at certain times. we toured the amalfi coast thru them and it was great . would recommend thereb&b if you want a moderatley priced place and moderate furnishngs. breakfast was cold cereal, juice coffe rolls.
