   La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, la posizione del B&B.

   Niente di grave, ma eravamo in tre persone e c'erano asciugamani solo per due: probabilmente una semplice svista del personale.
   Se le camere avessero anche il climatizzatore sarebbero perfette, ma ce la siamo cavata anche con il ventilatore in dotazione.

   Location is probably the best in Florence. Get room number 6 if you are staying. The owner Sabrina is absolutely wonderful and helpful. Although it is advertised as having wifi connection in the room--not so. But fortunately a small reception room located right near all the rooms had great connection.

   Extremely disappointed with the "Breakfast". This is advertised as a Bed and Breakfast and it was advertised as having wifi in the rooms. Not so. There was no breakfast except for crackers and american instant coffee in the room. We had to spend money to go out and get breakfast. This should not be advertised as Bed and Breakfast. The owner was absolutely wonderful and helpful. I appreciated her so much but found one of the staff members extremely rude. There was a wonderful staff member named Viola whom I adored and tried to help teach us Italian--she was kind to my daughter and concerned as to whether we needed anything or not. The staff member who came over the weekend was just shockingly rude and I would not recommend staying in this hotel if you are there over the weekend when she is working.

   - le lit, excellent - la situation géographique, centrale, rendant les visites de la ville de Florence très pratiques.

   - la salle de bains, vétuste dans sa disposition et ses accessoires
   - les chaises en fer, charmantes, mais dures pour le dos ; pas même un simple fauteuil dans cette pièce ...
   - le bruit de la rue, dont un double vitrage protégerait si bien ... : le prix payé pouvait le laisser espérer !!!
   - le petit déjeuner : nul, indigne même, à l'époque où nous sommes, comme au vu du prix payé. C'est du tout prêt, préparé et déposé la veille : produits sous vide... pas même le coin d'un pain bien frais, des biscottes à la place ! Indigne en tout cas du concept 'chambres d'hôtes", que nous connaissons bien pour le pratiquer régulièrement. Parlons vrai : à ce prix, nous avions un petit déjeuner fabuleux en France !!!

   Todo estaba perfecto, la ubicacion con vistas al Duomo desde la ventana y el balcon, La limpieza perfecta el baño y toda la estancia habia sido restaurada hace poco, porque todo estaba nuevo y en perfecto estado. Fue todo un acierto elegir este sitio para pasar unos dias, lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.
