   La posizione è eccellente ed il sig. Benito, titolare del b&b, è una persona squisita. La struttura è molto bella e funzionale

   L'unico lato negativo è stato il forte rumore proveniente dall'esterno dovuto alla movida notturna fino alle 4 del mattino.

   Iniziamo col dire che si viene accolti con calore e allegria dal primo secondo, la stanza perfettamente rassettata e accogliente. La posizione è ottima, per/dal aeroporto è sufficiente usare i mezzi pubblici (LAM rossa per i curiosi) e si è subito in centro. La vera magia però si avverte durate la colazione e le chiacchierate con il proprietario, quasi uno zio :) non si ha infatti la sensazione di essere lasciati a se stessi dopo un veloce check in ma è quasi come se ci fosse un ambiente famigliare. Consigliatissimo!

   Room was exactly as seen in photos, air conditioned!! location is fantastic, very friendly

   My only frustration was I had to pay the balance owed in cash, and as we were leaving I did not have any. I was not at all happy at not being able to pay by card. I then had to go off to cash point in order to pay.

   This is a traditional B&B that serves as a great base for visiting Pisa and Tuscany, 5 minutes walk from the Tower, and less than 15 minutes walk to the mainline train station. My room was large, clean and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was good, with plenty of hot water. My host, Benito, didn't speak English but he appreciated my attempts at Italian, and was friendly and welcoming. His breakfast was quite superb, with excellent pastries, cold meats and cheese, juice and coffee you could stand your spoon in! I had a key to the front door and could come and go exactly as I wished. If I return to Pisa I'd certainly stay here again.

   A small thing - no BBC or English speaking channels on the TV - but there were German and French channels.

   Superb location in the centre of Pisa and clean, very comfortable rooms. The varied breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, taking into account the Italian 'view' on the matter.

   This B&B is located near of touristic points in Pisa.

   The bedroon wasn't very clean, had many hairs on the floor. Besides this, the owner was little rude and I had to wait 40 minutes for him opened the door because he was having a lunch (I arrived at 2 pm).
   He asked me what time I'd like to have breakfast and I answered that I'd like at 7 am. He complained that this hour was so early for him (in this moment he was very rude!). So, he persuaded me to skip the breakfast and I agreed because I didn't want discuss and I had prefered have my breakfast in other place.

   The B&B is on 2nd/3rd floors and there is no lift.
   
   Not ideal for very early flight from airport as not possible to prebook taxi.
