   We only had contact with the owner when we arrived. We tried to talk with him to anwer about how to use the heat system but he did not answer and we did not insist.

   Internet - there was none avaible when the site said it had - with cable and wifi.
   Heat - althought having asked how to use the ower said we would not need and did not teach how to turn on.
   The warm water - some times in the we were taking a shower and the warm water finish and did not return fast enough to wait in the bathroom. It seems that the equipment was not powerful enough for so many people.

   Good location , clean accommodation if a little scruffy.

   You have to pass through the owners' living quarters to get to the room and we felt a bit awkward having to do this.

   The room was basic and clean.

   We were two families together and had two apartments, unfortunatley only one of these had air con, which put u in a position of who had which apartment. The air conditioning units were very over powering, and they could have had one in e.ach apartment.

   This was not our first time in Venice, but definetely the best accomodation we've had in Venice. This B&B is highly recommended. Every positive rewiew we read was true. Due to airline delays we arrived at midnight and the owners were awake waiting for us. They were very welcoming , kindly answered all our questions and helped us with how to get around the city. The apartment Loft is big and the whole place is newly renovated. It has air conditioning, confortable beds, tv, wireless internet connection, renovated bathroom and basic kitchen equipment. This facility is very important because the rates of the restaurants are very high in Venice. The location of the B&B is in the center of Venice and you can reach everything just walking. The area around the B&B is very interesting. You can see how venetians live and there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops. We would definetely go back to this B&B.

   There was nothing that didn't satisfy us.

   buona come posizione, a piedi si riesce molto facilmente ad arrivare al centro

   grande come spazio della camera...anche se l'altezza massima delle persone dovrebbe essere 1,50

   Il servizio è stato ottimo, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. L'appartamento mansarda è molto bello e confortevole. Tutto è pulitissimo. Il bagno personale interno è nuovo e molto bello e pulito. In pochi minuti si raggiunge tutto quello che c'è da vedere a Venezia. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi della Mansarda. La zona è meravigliosa, piena com'è di caratteristici ristorantini e abitata prevalentemente da veneziani, dei quali è perciò possibile osservare la vita reale. I proprietari sono stati continuamente a nostra disposizione per consigli e suggerimenti. Pur essendo arrivati molto tardi causa ritardo dell'aereo, liabbiamo trovati in piedi, cortesi e gentili, ad attenderci. Ma la cosa più importante è che la Mansarda è fornita sia di un frigorifero che di una piccola cucina per preparare da mangiare e questo, con i prezzi veneziani, "aiuta" molto, anche perchè nelle vicinanze del B&B c'è un supermercato per fare provviste oltre a molti piccoli negozi come macellerie, drogherie ecc... La passeggiata di un quarto d'ora fino a Piazza S. Marco è piacevolissima perchè si costeggia la laguna avendo di fronte la Chiesa della Salute e l'isola di S. Giorgio. Insomma, ritorneremmo senz'altro in questo posto per un'altra permanenza a Venezia.

   It is an Attick, if yuo visit the website you connot see the hight of tthe room. I am not so long, but for my son he is 1.92 m it is very low, and you connot read it on the site.
