   posizione dominante, vista che da un senso di relax, camera grande e ben arredata, terrazza da sfruttare.

   assolutamente niente di sgradevole!!
   I proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili, svolgono questa attività da poco tempo e non sono in possesso di molte informazioni utili al turista che vuole "dritte" su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare od itinerari da seguire. Un cartina della zona a disposizione potrebbe aiutare......

   the owners are nice and charming.the breakfast was delicious. we loved everything there and we will definitly come back.

The Bed and Breakfast is housed in a beautiful villa distributed onto three floors and surrounded by large common green spaces, fenced. It is composed of two large rooms: "La Mimosa" and "Il Melograno".

The two rooms, furnished with taste and elegance, are placed at the top floor in a dominant position in the hills with a breathtaking view over the valley and the sea, especially in days of clarity allows you to see up to' Isola d 'Elba and Gorgona island.

Both rooms are equipped with a large terrace with umbrella, table and chairs to enjoy the summer sunshine for breakfast
at open air if you wish.
