   The location is excellent to visit all historic sights in Florence.

   The lack of Italian culture while we were staying at Il Bargello. This is a good place for English-speaking tourists who wish to view Florence within the English language.

   L'ambiente molto rilassante, la colazione abbondante e la cucina sempre a disposizione. Delizioso il terrazzino sul tetto.

   Gabriella was a fantastic hostess and the location couldn't be better! We loved it and hope to return.

   The stairs were a bit much (especially with suitcases) but we were forewarned and very happy once we reached the top!

   The staff here were great. Offering recommendations for areas to visit (or not), restaurants etc. Friendly, comfortable and accommodating and an excellent location.

   The only 'downer' was how many stairs you have to cllimb! :-)

   Use of the kitchen. The childeren can fall asleep in the room while we are reading a book in the sitting room are enjoying the city from the roof-terrace.

   la posizione della struttura era perfetta e la qualità umana delle persone che ci hanno trattato.

   non è niente di negativo, è giusto che personalmente forse mi sarebbe piaciuto qualcosa di "salato" per la prima colazione...
