Bed & Breakfast Il Borghetto di Bazzano, near Spoleto, is an old farmhouse, set in a busy rural village nestled in olive groves, with magnificent views of Martani Mountains and Subasio.

The structure has been carefully restored, preserving its original features through the exclusive use of local materials (stone, brick and oak or chestnut).

Bed & Breakfast Il Borghetto di Bazzano includes three separate buildings that look out onto an outdoor space at multiple levels.

Two of the 5 rooms (Tapestries and Frescoes) are situated in the main building, where the owners live; they are elegantly furnished and with private bathroom, living room (TV and DVD), and kitchen.

The third (Scaletta) and fourth (Barn), slightly detached from the main building, are enclosed in a lush garden and each is endowed with bathroom and kitchenette.

The fifth accommodation (Gelso 2) is an apartment composed of a double room, a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen.

The old barn B&B Il Borghetto di Bazzano can comfortably accommodate four people thanks to an original loft.

All rooms are furnished with antique furniture and tapestries of fine handicrafts and have a private outdoor space with pergola.

The Garden Bed & Breakfast Il Borghetto di Bazzano, well kept and full of flowers with lawn for sunbathing, is available for guests to spend some relaxing time.

From the car park, the property is 100 metres far. A little "shuttle" is available to carry heavy luggage to the house.
